Who We Are
Golden Pond Properties is managed by Jay and Kim Thorpe. (the two funny people on the unhappy horses on the left.) Jay is a Director of Sales with a Graphic Arts company, and Kim is a retired educator with a special expertise in gifted and talented education. In addition to her educational expertise, Kim has an uncanny ability for interor design. She has designed over 50 homes and has an extensive portfolio showcasing her talent.
Jay and Kim have been married for 22 years and share a love of real estate, but more importantly, share a love and appreciation for Tucson, its beauty, and its quality of life. While Jay has a full time job, Kim spends time running the adminstrative parts of our hobby -- property investment and rentals.
We truly enjoy the beauty of Tucson and would like you to share that beauty that we live every day -- our Tucson, your memories !!!
